The Customer can cancel a reservation of this type without any additional charge for him up to 48 hours from the date of expected collection of the vehicle. To qualify for any refunds, the Customer may contact Customer Service through the appropriate channels and tools.
On the other hand, the amount paid online for the rental is not refundable in the event of cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours prior to the expected pick-up, nor in the case of a booking with vehicle collection scheduled within 48 hours of the request, nor in the case of "no show "(non-collection by the Customer on the scheduled pick-up date / time), nor in the event of lack of the requirements for accessibility to the rental.
